The revolutionary achievements of medical sciences and technology in 20th century are reviewed.The conflicts and puzzles in scientific construction and human tradition,technical progress and benevolent level,biological and physical paradigms,creating impulse and stiffened system which based on the background of great process in technology are pointed out.
