摘要
利用扭杆形变,通过微动同步器感受力矩的大小,是一种灵敏度较高的新式力矩传感器。本文较详细地介绍了该传感器的结构、原理和设计方法。为了改善传感器的性能和获取零位为零信号的输出,配接了有效的调零放大线路,分析并导出有关的计算公式和调整放大系数。
A new type of moment transducer is developed, in which the measured moment is converted into the torsion strain of a hollow torsion rod, and a microsynchronizer is used as the output device of angular displacement. The transducer is suitable for measurement of positive and negative moments and forces. The device presented here is highly sensitive, reliable in performance and simple in design.
