声带功能障碍研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 声带功能障碍主要表现为喘鸣或喘息 ,易误诊为哮喘 ,从而导致许多严重后果 ,及时明确诊断具有重要意义。发作时吸气流速 容量环变为扁平 ,喉镜示声带矛盾性运动 ,后者是诊断VCD的金标准。喉镜结合闪频观测仪还可在无症状时观察到黏膜波动减弱、声带振幅降低等微细的改变 ,荧光透视法为诊断VCD提供了一条非侵入性方法。本文还扼要综述了提示VCD的主要线索、吸入氦氧混合气等治疗VCD急性发作的方法及长期管理措施。
