Aimed at the faults of identity means of design for electric power project in our country, it is submitted that we should spread and apply identity system of power station timely in electric utilities in our country, which introduced the general situation on the base of identity system of power station home and abroad, such as KKS coding identity system. Moreover, the system was introduced and some problems should be paid attention to proposed when it is applied to our country.
