摘要
目的 :分析胶原酶溶解治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效欠佳的原因 ,提出预防措施。方法 :按统一疗效评价标准对1998～ 2 0 0 3年度获得随访 2 80例中疗效欠佳的 33例进行回顾性分析。结果 :疗效欠佳原因主要为术前误诊、未发现合并症及适应症过宽 ,术中注射方法、穿刺径路选择欠佳 ,术后未注意卧床休息。结论 :要提高胶原酶溶解术疗效 ,术前应明确诊断及严格掌握适应症 ,术中操作严谨 ,选择方法得当 ,术后注意卧床休息。
Objective: To analyze the inferior curative effect cause on adopting soluble collagenase for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc,and take precautionary measures. Methods: 33 patients who had inferior curative effect from 1998 to 2003 were retrospectively analyzed according to universal evaluation standard.Results: The primary causes were wrong diagnosis,neglect of combined symptoms and excess width of indications before operation,inferior injection and selection of puncture path in operation,and on attention to rest in bed after operation.Conclusion: In order to improve curative effect of soluble collagenase,the right diagnosis and strict control of indications must be clarified before operation,the operation must be carried out closely and seriously,enough rest must be taken in bed and the function exercise of lumbo-dorsal muscle must be strengthened
