摘要
设计了基于DSP的全数字IGBT弧焊逆变器,给出了IGD515EI的应用电路和软件流程图,分析了关机损坏现象,提出了解决方案。
The authors designed an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) arc welding inverter power supply,in which the PI regulation and pulse width modulation were implemented by digital signal processor (DSP) and control circuit of the system was performed by full-digital circuit.The drive circuit with IGD515EI and the software flow chart are given. The paper analyzes the damage phenomenon at turning off and puts forward a solving method is put forward.This work is supported by National Special Fund of Excellent Paper of Doctor's Degree (No.200250).
