摘要 外特性是电压源逆变器的一个重要指标,其属性取决于逆变器等效输出阻抗。介绍了双闭环控制电压源逆变器的结构和工作原理,利用其闭环传递函数求解出了逆变器等效输出阻抗的表达式,分析了电压外环比例系数、积分系数和电流内环等效放大倍数对逆变器外特性的影响。分析结果表明,电压外环积分系数是影响逆变器外特性的主要因素。仿真和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 Output characteristic is one of the most important characteristics of voltage source inverter, which is determined by the equivalent output impedance of the inverter.This paper introduces firstly the configuration and operation principle of double close-loop controlled voltage source inverter, then deduces the expression of equivalent output impedance of the inverter through its close-loop transfer function, and finally analyzes the impacts of the proportional and integral coefficients in voltage regulator and equivalent amplifying coefficient of current regulator on the inverter's output characteristic.Analysis results indicated that the integral coefficient in voltage regulator has strongly impact on inverter's output characteristic.
