摘要
本文研究了彩色显像管用荫罩生产厂家所产生的含镍三氯化铁蚀刻废液中镍的去除。先用铁粉将+3价的铁还 原,再以硫磺和铁合成的硫化亚铁沉淀除镍,取得了好的效果,开发出了妥善处理此类废液的经济、可行的新技术。
<abstract>method of removing nickel in waste ferric chloride etchant from electronic shadow mask factory was disclosed in this paper. Firstly, iron powder was added to the waste solution and Fe3+ was reverted Fe2+. Secondly, some ferrous sulfide prepared by iron powder and sulfur was added and nickel was precipitated. A economic and efficient technics was developed.
