颅脑损伤后大鼠肾上腺皮质3β-HSD和SDH组织化学研究

摘要 目的 观察颅脑损伤后大鼠肾上腺皮质琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)和 3β 羟基类固醇脱氢酶 (3β HSD)变化。方法 采用落体法至大鼠颅脑损伤 ,伤后 1天和 7天断头处死大鼠 ,用组织化学和显微图像分析方法观察颅脑损伤后大鼠肾上腺皮质SDH和 3β HSD变化。结果 颅脑损伤后 1天大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带细胞SHD和 3β HSD活性均显著强于对照组 (P <0 0 1)和颅脑损伤后 7天大鼠组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;颅脑损伤后 7天大鼠 3β HSD和SDH活性稍强于对照大鼠 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 颅脑损伤后 1天大鼠肾上腺皮质功能增强 ,颅脑损伤后 7天大鼠肾上腺皮质功能逐渐恢复正常。 Objective To observe the histochemical changes of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) in the adrenal cortex of trumatic brain in rats. Method The rat model of brain injury was made by dropping weight way and all rats were killed after 1 day and 7 days respectively. Then hiseochemical staining and microimage analysis system were used. Results Compared with the control group, the activities of SDH and 3β-HSD in 1 day group significantly increased P<0.01), the activities of SDH and 3β-HSD in 1-day group increased significantly compared with the 7-day group (P<0.05), but without difference between the control group and the 7-day group (P>0.05). Conclusion The activities of adrenal cortex cells enhanced at 1 day after brain injury and recovered gradually to normal in rats .
