摘要
目的 :观察三七片治疗慢性肾炎患者贫血的疗效。方法 :将 90例慢性肾炎患者随机分成 3组 ,分别用三七片、人红细胞生成素、三七片加人红细胞生成素治疗。测定 3组患者治疗前后红细胞数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、网织红细胞等项指标 ,进行统计学处理。结果 :三七片加人红细胞生成素治疗效果最佳 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :三七片具有调节机体造血机能 ,提高患者外周血红细胞数量的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of treating anemia caused by chronic nephritis with tablet of Radix Notoginseng.Methods:90 cases of nephritis have been divided into 3 groups,and treated separatelg with tablet of Radix Notoginseng,human hemopietin and the first drug adding the second,than the indexes of red-cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit and reticulocyte have been determined before and after treatment.Result:The third method has the best effective. Conclusion:The tablet of Radix Notoginseng can adjustment organism function of hematopoiesis and has effect of increasing quantity of peripheral red-cell.
