摘要
针对真空转鼓过滤机滤布清洗中存在的问题,提出了真空转鼓过滤机滤布再生装置的系统配置方案,采用具有频率自动跟踪系统的超声清洗设备对滤布进行强化清洗试验。试验结果表明,采用超声清洗可以有效地实现滤布再生。
The problem of filter fabric cleaning existed in vacuum drum filter is discussed in this paper. Aimed at this problem, filter fabric ultrasonic cleaning device of vacuum drum filter has been developed. The experiment of filter fabric ultrasonic cleaning is fulfilled by the ultrasonic cleaning device with frequency auto-tracking system. Tests show that filter fabric regeneration can be effectively realized by means of ultrasonic cleaning.
