摘要
目的 评价晶状体半脱位的白内障行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的技巧和疗效。方法 21例(21眼)伴有晶状体半脱位的白内障患者,行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术,其中2眼术中植入囊袋张力环,观察疗效。结果 除1眼发生晶状体囊袋脱离范围增大而改为植入前房型人工晶状体外,其余术眼手术都顺利完成,囊袋内植入人工晶状体。术后3个月时,视力≥0.5为17眼(81％),无并发症发生。结论 采用超声乳化手术方法摘除伴有晶状体半脱位的白内障,对玻璃体扰动小,手术并发症少,视力恢复较好;囊袋张力环的应用使手术易于操作,提高了手术的安全性。
Objective To assess the technique and effect of subluxated cataract extraction by phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation. Methods A series of 21 eyes of 21 patients had subluxated cataract extraction by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation through sclera tunnel incision with an endocapsular ring inserted into the capsular bag in 2 eyes. Results Anterior chamber intraocular lens was implanted in one eye due to extension of capsular-zonular dialysis at the time of operation. The operation of 20 eyes was successful with primary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Seventeen eyes (81% ) restored ≥0.5 visual acuity 3 months post-operatively. No complication occurred. Conclusion Phacoemulsification for subluxated cataract is an effective method. It has few complications and may improve post-operative visual acuity satisfactorily. The endocapsular ring is a safe and effective device that may facilitate subluxated cataract extraction by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
