摘要
对光缆干线工程光电特性的评价,是通信线路建设中的一项重要内容。确定必要的评价项目和采用正确的评价方法,不仅对确保干线通信建设质量具有重要意义,而且对缩短工期、提高经济效益、社会效益具有显著的作用。本文从工程角度介绍评价要点,并对光缆护层对地绝缘作了探讨。
The evaluation on the optoelectrnic character of main optic-fibre cable project is the important part of the telecommunication line construction. To decide the essential evaluating items and to use the correct evaluating method not only can improve the quality of the telecommunication construction, but also can shorten the time limit of project and raise the econimic and social benefit. This article provide the important points of the evaluating items and method as viewed from engineering, and also research the evaluation of the insulation between the protective layer and ground.
