摘要
本文建立了涡旋式压缩机气体通过径向间隙的泄漏模型。通过对热力过程的模拟计算,得到了在不同径向间隙时的泄漏量和热力过程参数。分析了径向间隙对压缩机性能的影响,为设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper a refrigerant leakage model through radial clearance in scroll compressor is set up. According to the numerical simulation of the thermodynamic process, the rate of leakage at different radial clearances and parameters of thermodynamic process are obtained. The leakage influence on the performance of scroll compressor is analysed. It can be used as theoretical base on design of scroll compressor.
