摘要
制度选择是根据制度所能提供的效益和所耗成本的比较中进行的。建立更为浮动的汇率制度的过程是一个制度变迁的过程 ,是一个要和中国经济增长的客观要求以及中国在国际经济中的影响和地位相适应而不可能在一夜之间就可实现的过程。所以 ,中国在短期内不应该匆忙进行汇率制度的创新而实行更为浮动的汇率制度。
System selection is according to the benefit and cost. Setting up more floating exchange rate is a transitional process in China. This process must be consistent with the economic growth in China,also with the China's influence and position in the world.It is impossible to be accomplished soon. Even more floating exchange rate can't bring net income for China or other country in the short-term. Therefore,China should not be hurry to proceed to the innovation of exchange rate.
