摘要
耕地保护是人们为保证耕地的永久性利用和持续的发展提供基本保障所采取的措施。十分珍惜和合理利用每寸土地,切实保护耕地是必须坚持的一项基本国策。目前我国耕地面临着迅速减少及质量下降等问题,耕地状况不容乐观。从新疆耕地的状况以及存在的问题出发,分析研究新疆耕地保护问题,并提出合理化建议。
According to continuing decrease of farmland in Xinjiang year by year,the authors proposed that the permanent measures to ensure effective utilization of the farmland should be made.Rationally utilizing and steadily protecting each inch of farmland is a basic national policy of our country that we must insist.At present,the cultivated area in our country is faced with rapid decrease in number and decline in quality,which resulted in poor condition of the farmland.So the article emphasized that on the base of analyzing the present condition of the farmland in Xinjiang,the farmland must be protected steadily to ensure sustained development of our social economy.
