Effects of Dormancy on Peach Trees with Leaves

摘要 以一年生春捷毛桃为试验材料,研究带叶休眠的效果。结果表明:在人工集中预冷过程中,带叶休眠解除自然休眠的效果明显优于人工脱叶,并且带叶休眠对芽休眠的调控效应花芽优于叶芽。带叶休眠与人工脱叶相比,带叶休眠可显著提高花芽贮藏淀粉和可溶性糖的含量,尤其是贮藏淀粉含量,并且使花期提前且缩短,开花整齐度提高,单花花期延长,雌蕊长度和子房直径增大,座果率提高,平均单果重增加,果实成熟期提前,有效的避免了先芽后花现象。 Experiment was conducted with 1-year-old trees of 'Chunjie' peach to study the effects of dormancy of peach trees with leaves. The results indicated that the effects of dormancy of peach trees with leaves were better than the those of defoliation from peach trees by manual work,and the effects of dormancy of flower bud with leaves were better than the those of dormancy of leaf bud with leaves.Compared with defoliation by manual work, dormancy with leaves obviously increased contents of starch and soluble sugar in flower bud, especially starch; advanced 4d for dormancy release and 7~8d for flowering and fruit maturation; shortened the flowering stage, prolonged the single flower duration, increased pistil length and ovary diameter; and improved rate of setting fruit and the mean fruit weight ;and avoided burgeoning before blooming.
