摘要
采用数值计算与试验相结合的方法,对离心叶轮裂纹故障的原因进行了分析和研究,找出了故障的根本原因;并有针对性地采取了改进措施,进行了相应试验验证;试验结果表明,改进措施有效。
In this paper, the reason for a centrifugal impeller fracture failure has been studied by numerical calculation and test. The basic reason for the problem has been found, and procedures have been taken for improvement. Validation test has been completed, which suggests the procedures taken are effective.
