摘要
孝是伴随着家庭出现而出现的 ,其自然意义是指对父母的能养与敬事 ,属于私德范畴。自春秋战国以来 ,在以儒家为主的诸多学派对其进行的理论膨胀与实践延伸中 ,发生了愈益深刻的异化。这种异化 ,一方面表现为随着孝的社会化、政治化 ,使其由家庭私德而放大为社会公德与政治道德 ;另一方面 ,则是通过孝的法律化 ,将社会与政治的种种规范注入了作为家庭私德的孝中 ,使其由道德规范发展为法律规范 ,更加远离其本来。
Filial piety is bought about with the appearance of the family. Its innate implications refer to the respect paid to, and support for, the parents, and it therefore falls within the category of private morality. However, it has undergone an increasingly profound alienation since the Spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period as a result of the fact that many a school of Confucianism has expanded its theory and extended its practice. On the one hand, the alienation has been inflated from family private morality into common morality of society, and political morality along with its socialization and politicalization; and the various social and political criteria have been fused into it through its legalization on the other, thus turning it from moral criteria into legal criteria, and making it the further from what it should be. To conclude, this trend of alienation of filial piety has exerted far-reaching influences on the construction of morality in traditional Chinese society.
