摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和国际制造业的转移,我国制造业自去年以来出现新一轮高速增长、重工业化和主导产业的带动作用不断增强、外贸外资作用稳定增长的趋势。针对各地都在大搞制造业基地所引发的产业结构同构化与区域内竞争加剧的现状,本文从树立科学发展观、注重长期发展和优化发展、促进经济社会与资源环境协调发展的高度,对沿海发达地区制造业发展战略提出了优化战略模式、做大做强支柱产业、培育自主知识产权、加快产业结构升级与产业组织调整、推行综合战略、有序推进发展等措施。
The present text analyses the current competitionamong various Chinese regions in developingmanufacturing since 2003 and the worsening of thecompetition. For sustainability and division of labor,the present text puts forward some modification tothe current coastal development of the manufacturingindustries.
