摘要
定义了信息产业的技术标准,点明了信息产业技术标准在竞争过程中的关键作用,指出了该领域需要解决的关键问题。在存在强的网络外部性和显著规模经济情形下,关于标准化的决策是影响IT业竞争力的重要因素。
This paper provides a definition of technology standards, highlights their critical role in competition. Meanwhile, the author points out the issues related to IT standards which are necessary to be explored in the future have been pointed out. Standardization decisions in the presence of strong network externalities and large economies of scale can be key determinants of IT competitiveness.
