摘要
本文对沸腾床催化剂的机械强度,炉气中砷、氟对催化剂的毒害,沸腾转化对SO_2浓度波动的适应性和节能等问题作了阐述,认为冶炼烟气干法净化制酸采用沸腾转化是可取的。
For fluidized bed conversion, the mechanical strength of catalysts, the poisoning of catalysts by arsenic or fluoride in roaster gas, the flexibility for fluctuation of sulphur dioxide concentration and the energy saving are discussed. The authors suggest that fluidized-bed conversion is feasible for the smelter sulphuric acid plant employing dry gas purification system.
