摘要
南化公司研究院在镇江硫酸厂进行了高强度填料塔的工业试验,规模为40kt/a,塔的操作气速达1.6m/s,填料层高度4.5m,干燥、吸收效率均达到规定指标。文中对镇江硫酸厂的改造情形,条形支承梁的试制、限流孔板布酸管的应用及组合式纤维除雾器的配套使用等情况作了详细介绍。对高强度填料塔的压力降、填料的传质性能及高强度填料塔的经济效益也展开了讨论。
At 4Qkt/a Zhengjiang Sulphuric Acid Plant the commercial-scale test on the high-intensity packed tower with 4.5m high packing at gas velocity 1,6 m/s was carried out by NCICRI, resulting in satisfactory absorption and drying efficiencies. This article details the plant revamping,packing supporting beam, tube acid distributor with flow-control orifice plate aad complex fibre mist eliminators. The pressure drop, mass transfer characteristic and economic benefit of the high-intensity packed towers are also discussed.
