The Effect of Internal Visual Imagery,External Visual Imagery and Kinesthetic Imagery on the Performance of Sport Exercise

摘要 文章对内、外部视觉表象和动觉表象的定义进行了阐述 ;就内、外部视觉表象和动觉表象对运动成绩的影响 ,以及对这种影响的解释等进行了综合分析 ;讨论了现有研究存在的问题 ,并指出了今后该类研究的方向。 The definition of internal visual imagery,external imagery and kinesthetic imagery are explained. The effectof visual imagery and kinesthetic imagery and the explaination the effect are analyzed systematically. We also discuss the present problem of this kind of study about sorts of imagery,and indicate the direction of future study.
