摘要
高校学报在教学和科研活动中起了积极的促进作用 ,在培养人才 ,推广成果方面很有建树。但是由于其定位具有局限性 ,故而在学术交流上受到限制。为了论文的广泛传播和检索 ,为了多出人才快出成果 ,高校学报必须进行改革 ,使其或者专业化或者更具特色 ,在宣传科学理论、推动科技发展方面 。
University journals play a positive role in education and scientific researches. They have contributed a lot in training talents and spreading outcome of scientific researches too. But they have limitations in academic interchange, so we must carry out a reform for spread and indexi of academic papers. If the papers belong to same specialty and the columns have characteristics, the university journals will play a more positive role in propagating of scienctific theories and development of science and technology.
