摘要
随着我国加入WTO,四大国有商业银行将直接面对来自外资银行的严峻挑战。为了适应这一历史变迁,上市筹资成为国有商业银行的现实选择和金融业发展的必然趋势。现阶段我国国有商业银行上市存在着一定的困难,因此必须采取相应的对策。
With China entering the WTO, four China's state-owned banks will directly face the severe challenges from foreign banks. In order to fit this historic vicissitudes, raising money through issuing stock becomes the practical choice of China's state-owned banks and the inevitable tendency of the development the of banking industry. This paper analyzes the significances of China's state-owned bank listing at present stage and the exiting difficulties. It also puts forward some measures for the schemes of China's state-owned bank listing.
