摘要
在对脉动燃烧加热炉稳定性影响因素分析的基础上 ,基于脉动燃烧加热炉零维热力模型 ,建立系统仿真模型。从二阶系统角度分析系统稳定性 ,指出系统稳定的数学判据。通过对仿真结果的分析 ,指出空燃比信号对系统稳定性的影响。最后 ,结合工程实践给出稳定性分析相关结论 。
On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the stability on pulse combustion heating furnace,based on the zero-dimensional thermal model of heating furnace system,the system simulation model is founded.The system stability is analyzed in the view of second-order system and corresponding criterion of stability will be provided.Through the analysis of simulation results,the affection air-fuel ratio to system stability is provided.In the end,some relative conclusion about stability analysis of combining engineering practice will be brought forward,and this will has a very good instructive effect of pulse combustion heating furnace operation and mainenance.
