非小细胞肺癌泛素和上皮型钙黏附素的表达及其相关性分析

摘要 目的 探讨在非小细胞肺癌中泛素与上皮型钙黏附素表达及相关性。方法 选择 70例非小细胞肺癌为研究对象 (试验组 ) ,根据其转移、分化程度和组织类型再分组 ;30例肺部良性病变作为对照组。用免疫组化SABC法检测泛素、上皮型钙黏附素的表达。结果 试验组较对照组泛素阳性细胞数增高 ,上皮型钙黏附素明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;转移、低分化者分别较无转移者和中高分化者泛素表达高、上皮型钙黏附素表达低 (P <0 0 1) ;鳞癌、腺癌组织泛素和上皮型钙黏附素表达无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;泛素与上皮型钙黏附素表达间不呈线性相关关系 (r =- 0 2 17,P >0 0 5 )。结论 泛素、上皮型钙黏附素在非小细胞肺癌发生、转移、分化中起重要作用 ,可能各自通过不同途径参与其发生、转移和分化的生物学行为。 Objective To investigate the expression of ubiquitin and E-cadherin proteins in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and their correlation with clinical-pathologic features in order to elucidate the roles of ubiquitin and E-cadherin in biologic behavior of NSCLC and the interaction of ubiquitin and E-cadherin.Methods The subjects were divided into two groups,i.e.control group (30 cases of benign pulmonary diseases) and NSCLC group (70 cases of NSCLC) which were subdivided according to metastasis,differentiation and histologic type.Immunohistochemical detection of ubiquitin and E-cadherin proteins was performed.Results Compared with control group,overexpression of ubiquitin and downexpression of E-cadherin were observed in NSCLC which closely related to metastasis and differentiation (P<0.01) but not correlated with histologic type (P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the expression of ubiquitin and E-cadherin in different histological types of NSCLC (P>0.05).Conclusions The upregulation of ubiquitin and downregulation of E-cadherin may play important roles in the pathogenesis and progression of NSCLC through different pathway.Ubiquitin and E-cadherin could be used as biological markers for guiding treatment and predicting the prognosis.
