中耳急性炎症对内耳微血管渗透性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Middle Ear Acute Inflammation on Inner Ear Microvessel Permeability and Its Relationship with Hearing Threshold

摘要 目的 探讨中耳急性炎症对豚鼠内耳微血管渗透性及听阈的影响。方法 将 16只纯白红目豚鼠麻醉后 ,在无菌条件下于右耳经鼓膜注射 1× 10 8 L的金葡菌液 10 0 μL ,左耳作正常对照 ,制成急性化脓性中耳炎模型。三天后利用胶体镧示踪及透射电镜技术观察豚鼠耳蜗胶体镧渗入情况及形态学改变。造模前及造模后 3天 ,分别测对照耳和实验耳ABR阈值。结果 急性炎症作用后三天 ,豚鼠实验耳听阈明显升高 ,透射电镜下可见Cortis器毛细胞与支持细胞之间有高密度镧离子 ,组织间隙内也可见镧离子渗透 ,并可见渗出镧离子沿神经纤维走行。血管纹血管内皮细胞连接及细胞质内可见高密度镧颗粒。 Objective To explore the effect of inflammation on inner ear microvessel permeability and its relationship with hearing threshold.Methods 16 healthy guinea pigs were employed in the experiment. After general anaesthesia,1×10 8/L Staphylococcosis aureus was injectedinto the right middle ear cavity,with the left ear serving as control.Thus the acute suppurative otitis media model was established. By colloidal lanthanum tracing and transmisson electron microscopy technique, alteration of cochlea was observed. Before infected and 3 days after infected, ABR threstholds of both the control ears and the infected ears were measured.Results There was significant difference on average ABR thresthold between the control and the infected ears 3 days after injection. High electric density lanthalum could be seen between supporting cells and hair cells under electron microscopic observation.It could also be seen in the tight junctions of tissue and along the nerve fibers.The tight junctions between micro-vessel endotheliocytes in vascularies stria were destroyed and high electric density lanthalum could be seen.Conclusion These results suggest that ototoxic materials increased the microvessel permeability of inner ear and may be related with the hearing threshold.
