摘要
40例恶性黑色素瘤,男女各20例,年龄4～78岁,多数发生于皮肤(20例)和粘膜(6例).主要组织学类型是大上皮样细胞(21例)、梭形细胞(9例)及小痣样细胞(5例).有淋巴结、血道转移者占35%.出血、坏死、溃疡形成者占45%.
40 cases of malignant melanomas are analysed clinicopathologically in this paper. The patients of each sex are equal in number. The ages of patients range from 4～78, with an average age of 54. Most of the melanomas occur in the skin (20) and mucous membrane (6). Large epithelial-like cells (21), spindle cells (9), small nerus-like cells (5) are the major histopathological types in order of frequency. The inciden- ce of lymph node and blood route metastasis is 35%. Hemorrhage, necrosis and ulceration of the tumors are common events (45%).
