摘要 目的:探讨细胞因子在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。方法:查阅近十年国内外相关文献,并对文献进行分析、综述。结果:细胞因子在心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,其中IL-1、IL-6、IL-8和TNF可引发和促进心肌缺血再灌注损伤,而TGFβ和IL-10对缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。结论:深入研究细胞因子在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用有重要意义。 Objective To probe into the effect of cytokines on myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury. Methods To consult the related domestic and foreign articles of latest ten years for analyzing and summarizing. Results Cytokines are most important factors in myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury.Among the cytokines,IL-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF have effects on initiating and developing myocardial schemiareperfusion injury.Whereas TGFβand IL-10 have protective effects.Conclusion It is important to go on with further study on the effects of cytokines on myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury.
