摘要
本文主要介绍新型开关式场效应管直、脉两用弧焊电源的工作原理;获得脉冲输出的原理。提出一种振荡频率及占空比独立可调脉冲给定电路。对这种新型的直、脉两用弧焊电源进行电气性能和氩弧焊工艺试验表明,它具有优良的工作性能、效率高和控制特性好,是一种发展前景很好的电子控制弧焊电源之一。
The operation principle of switch type field-effect tube DC &. pulse are welding power source and the principle of getting pulse out-put are introduced in this peper. The pulse giving circuit with vibration frequency and duty cycle adjustable is put forward. After testing the electric characteristics and TIG welding in this new machine, it is result that this machine has good operating and control characteristics and high effeciency. This power source with electric control has bright future.
