摘要
目的 分析改良交叉克氏针纵形“8”字钢丝内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法 应用交叉克氏针纵形“8”字钢丝固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折 11例。结果 随访 6～ 4 8个月 ,平均 37个月 ,骨折均愈合 ,无肘内、外翻畸形 ,肘关节功能良好。结论 交叉克氏针纵形“8”字钢丝固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折稳定性好 ,不需外固定 ,能早期活动肘关节 ,降低了因固定不牢而发生尺桡偏这一严重并发症的可能性 ,是一种符合生物力学原理的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate effect of humeral supracondylar fractures treated with improved longitudinal “8” tensile wire internal fixation. Methods 11 cases of humeral supracondylar fractures were treated by longitudinal “8” tensile wire internal fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 6～48 months, average 37 months. All fractures healed. No complication such as varas,valgus and wire protrusion was found. All cases got good functional recovery. Conclusion This method has advantages of good stability,and dont need external immobilization. The rehabilitation exercises can be started early to get satisfactory functional recovery. Severe complication such as cubital varas or valgas due to instability is rare to occure. It is an effective method in accordance with biomechanics.
