摘要
本文从传热暂态方程及电热电弧理论出发,推导出了评价触头材料及其配对形式的抗动熔焊能力判据。该判据能方便地预测出不同触头材料抗动熔焊能力的大小顺序,并进一步指出材料非对称配对时,其抗动熔焊能力存在"最优效应"、"最劣效应"和"中间效应"。试验结果表明本判据的预测是可行的。
Basing on the heat conduct transient equation and electric arcing theory, a criterion is derived out which can predict the sequence of the ability of anti dynamic welding for contact materials and their pairings. This criterion indicates that there esist' best effect'.' worst effect' and' intermediate effect' when different contact materials are paired asymmetrically. The experiment result is identical with that theoretical prediction.
