摘要
本文在分析IGBT的固有特性和短路特性的基础上,提出了IGBT短路保护的控制方法,并结合40kVAUPS系统的特点,设计了完善的保护电路,通过实验验证了其可靠性。
Based on the analysis of the internal and short circuit characteristics of IGBT,this paper describes the control methods for IGBT short circuit protection. Combined with the features of 40 kVA UPS system, a completed protection circuit has been designed, and its reliability has been proved through experiment.
