摘要
目的 研究乳腺回声紊乱中良性增生性病灶的高频超声图像与病理组织类型的关系。探讨超声对乳腺良性增生性病灶的鉴别诊断价值。方法 回顾分析经高频超声检测的 2 2 8例乳腺良性增生性病灶的声像图特征 ,并与其病理检查结果对照。结果 归纳 2 2 8例乳腺良性增生性病灶的声像图特征分为 5类 :增生性斑块形成 13 7例、导管扩张或 /和增生性囊肿形成 41例、乳腺弥漫性回声异常 2 7例、增生性结节或包块形成 17例、乳腺囊实性混合回声异常 6例。超声诊断结论以图像特征分类结合相应病理改变分为 :乳腺小叶增生 ;乳腺囊性增生 ;乳腺组织增生 ;乳腺纤维腺瘤样增生 ;乳腺囊实混合性增生。诊断符合率 83 .3 %。结论 本组乳腺良性增生病灶的超声特征分类与其病理结构相关 ,超声对乳腺性增生病灶的诊断和鉴别诊断有实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the relation between benign breast hyperplasia ultrasonic images and pathology and to discuss the differentiation of breast benign hyperplasia by High Fregqency Ultrasonography(HFU).Methods HFU images in 228 cases were obtained and diagnosed and compared with the pathologic correlation. Results Charateristics HFU images’ in 228 cases were summed up and divided into five groups:hyperplastic plaque in 137 cases,tube dilation or /and hyperplastic cystic of breast in 41 cases,diffuse echo in 27 cases,hyperplastic nodes or masses in 17 cases,cystic and solid echo in 6 cases.The corresponding ultrasonic diagnosis were lobules hyperplasia of breast,cystic hyperplasia of breast,constitution hyerplasia of breast,fibrosing adenoma hyerplasia of breast,cystic and solid mixed hyerplasia of breast.The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 83.3%.Conclusion The characteristics of HFU images of benign hyperplasia correlated with their pathological structure,HFU is of practical value in differential diagnosis of benigh breast hyperplasia.
