木素磺酸钠作铅蓄电池负极膨胀剂 被引量:7

摘要 木素磺酸钠作为铅酸蓄电池负极膨胀剂的电气性能好于腐殖酸配方这是众所周知的。不论是在铅蓄电池的-18℃时低温起动性能上,还是在寿命终止后的负极良好的外观上,都是腐殖酸配方蓄电池无法比拟的。 任何事物都不会十全十美的,也都有它的不足之处,当然木素磺酸钠配方也不例外。比如有人说木素磺酸钠(下称木钠)配方和制出的铅膏较稀,涂填极板的片数少,耗铅量大等。关于木钠配方应用开始时,我就认为铅膏稠稀度是可以调节的,单片板栅的耗铅量也是可以调节的,由极板干瘪变为丰满。
