Cyclic Method for Rapid Purification of Electrolyte at NormaL Temperature

摘要 本文在对各种电液快速处理方法认真研究和分析的基础上,提出一个新的工艺方法,该方法有以下几个特征:(1)在浓氯化锌溶液中加氧化剂除铁;(2)在常温下,于连续循环净化系统中除其他杂质;(3)用炭素吸附装置除掉胶体悬浮物。该工艺方法可节约能源约70%,缩短生产周期约80%。 A new method for rapid purification of the electrolyte was described based on the careful study and analysis of several purification techniques which were reported in recent years. This method was characterized as to remove 1. the iron from the electrolyte by adding oxidizers;2. other impurities being in the continuous cyclic purification system at normal temperature 3. collidal suspension removed by a carbon absorption plant. This technique could save power (by (70%) and shorten the time of the. purification (by80 % ).
