阐述了铁系磷化的成膜机理,这种磷化膜的特点和用途、以及磷化液的组成。介绍了BH-64铁系磷化工艺和该工艺中影响磷化膜性能的因素。
The mechanism of film-forming in iron phoshating,properties and application of the film and composition of the phosphating solutions were decribed.A practical iron phosphat- ing process,BH-64,was suggested.Factors affecting the properties of the film obatined were discussed.
