摘要
在总结了热采水平井开采特征的同时 ,利用数模及矿场试验等方法 ,对影响水平井产能的地质、注汽、完井方式等因素进行了研究。总结了水平井的压力场、温度场和饱和度场的变化规律。针对水平井在稠油吞吐后期开发中暴露出的气窜及出砂问题 ,采取了以调剖、封堵、机械防砂等为主的各种新工艺技术 ,并取得较好的增油效果 ,为提高乐安油田特稠油油藏储量动用程度 。
The paper presents the production characteristics of thermal horizontal wells and the research with numerical simulation and field tests on the factors of geology,steam injection and well completion impacting horizontal wells production.The regular changes on pressure field,temperature field and saturation field of horizontal wells are also presented.The new technologies of profile control,plugging seal off and mechanical sand control were taken to control steam bypass and sand inflow of horiZontal wells in heavy oil field production tail,with the result that oil production was increased,which are experiences enhancing the ratio of total producing oil of OOIP of heavy oil reservoir in Lena oilfield and developing economically and reasonably heavy oil reservoirs.
