摘要
检测双链DNA抗体是诊断系统性红斑狼疮的特异方法。应用MN-151固相载体建立了检测双链DNA抗体的ELISA法。本法检测双链DNA抗体的敏感度达93％,高于传统ELISA法。
A new method used for determination cf the antibody against ds-DNA with MN-151 ELISA was established. Determination of the antibody is a spscific method in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The diagnostic accordance rate of MN-151 ELISA was 93%. The sensitivity cf the new method was higher than that of the traditional ELISA.
