摘要
叙述了Vondrak数据平滑方法原理。对实际放射性药物生物动力学原始数据进行了平滑预处理,随后通过拟合获得相关组织或器官的时间-活度表达式并估算了相应的内照射剂量。结果表明,该方法具有一定的实践意义。
The principle of Vondrak smoothing method was introduced briefly. After smoothing practical biokinetic data, the expressions of activity in tissues or organs vs time were obtained by index fitting. Internal radiation doses were estimated subsequently. The results show Vondrak method was useful in practice.
