摘要
人力资源开发是少数民族地区实施大开发和现代化的关键。提高对我省少数民族地区人力资源开发重要性的认识,分析少数民族地区人力资源开发与利用现状,采取有效措施,搞好人力资源开发,把沉重的人口负担转化为强大的人力资源,以推动我省少数民族地区经济快速健康发展。
The exploitation of human resources is a crucial question of carrying out great development and modernization in ethnic area,we should adopt effectiv e measures to give impetus to the rapid and health development of economy in the ethnic area of Qinghai.
