本文分析了西部民族高等教育相对落后的原因,并提出了发展西部民族高等教育的几点应对措施和设想。
This paper analyses the relative backwardness of higher education of Northern China and puts forward some measures and ideas of improving the higher education of nationalities in Northwest .
