摘要
本文报告10例经x线检查及病理证实的胸膜间皮瘤。特别指出x线检查各种手段的运用。指出肿瘤的大小及胸水的多少对良、恶性胸膜间皮瘤的鉴别无甚帮助。
10 cases of pleural mesotheliomas diagnosed with chest radiography and proved by pathology were reported and varied examining methods were discussed. Authors indicated that the size of tumors and the amount of pleural effusion were not valuable for the differential diagnosis between malignant mesotheliomas and benign ones.
