摘要
三江平原国土整治分区主要是基于自然资源、自然环境与动态变化的考虑,关键对国土资源进行规划和保护,从而划分四个大区,再结合经济开发类型与环境保护对象进一步划分成16个亚区,并对其进行综合评价,强调了农业综合治理的重要性及途径。
Land Renovation and division in Sanjiang Plain result mainly from the basic conditions of natural resources and the background and dynamic change of natural environment,centering on the planning and protection of land resources. The plain will be divided into four major regions, which are to be subdivided into sixteen sub-regions according to types of economic development and environmental protection targets, putting emphasis on the importance and ways of comprehensive agricultural harness.
