摘要
市场存在自身无法克服的缺陷,因而需要政府介入经济。政府在介入经济的时候,也存在缺陷,政府缺陷来自政府本身。为了避免由于政府干预经济而带来的外部性问题,应尽量减少政府对经济的干预。
The marketplace has the limitation that itself cannot overcome,thus government has to intervene the economy.At the time the government intervenes the market,there is also limitation of government itself in existence.In order to avoid externality problem brought by government's intervention to the market,there should be less government intervention to the economy.
