摘要
通过中国教育和科研计算机网的升级提速,以及卫星电视教育网的数字化改造,构建了我国现代远程教育专业平台。在此基础上,贵州电大系统的现代远程教育基础设施建设工程分三期逐步推进。我省电大系统具备各类系统共有的特性:集合性、相关性、阶层性、整体性、目的性、发展性、环境适应性。该系统清晰的层次结构、同级教育行政部门的行政管理及上级电大的业务管理,是电大远程教育事业健康发展的保证。
Through updating and upgrading of the CERNET and digitized transformation for the satellite TV network, the transmission terrace has been built in our country. On the basis of it, the basic facility engineering of Guizhou Radio and TV University is promoted step by step in three periods. Guizhou Radio and TV University has the specifics that belong to all the systems. These specifics are about set, interrelation, stratum, comprehension, purpose, development and environmental adaptability. The well-arranged structure of this system; the administrative management of the same class administrative organs and the vocational management from higher level Radio and TV University are the development pledge of distance education.
