摘要
深化国有企业改革 ,必须建立与社会主义市场经济相吻合的企业产权制度。而职工持股制度是对企业治理结构的完善 ,也是我国产权制度改革、建立现代企业制度的创新。
The reform of state-run businesses is the central link of economic system reform.In order to deepen the reform,a modern business system need to be established,which coincides with the socialist market economy . Employee stocks ownership plan shows a diversified investment and will help to improve the business structure . It is also an improvement of reforming property system and establishing modern business system.therefore,putting this system into effect in our country is practical.
