摘要
就人才的界定 ,新旧人才观的比较 ,人才的层次和类别、德才的关系 ,当代大学生如何成才诸问题进行阐释 ,使人们对人才有一个全面而正确的认识 ,鼓励人们 ,特别是大学生们努力把自己锻炼成一个国家和人民需要的人才。
This paper expounds such issues about qualified pe rsonnel as the definition, the comparison between the new and old concepts, the grading and type, the relationship between moral and talent and the ways to beco me qualified personnel for college students. The purpose of the article is to es tablish a correct and complete view of qualified personnel so as to make people, especially college students to try hard to become the kind of personnel needed by the country and the people.
